Enhanced Connectivity for St. Louis Blues Fans
Verizon has significantly upgraded the Enterprise Center, the home of the St. Louis Blues, by implementing a state-of-the-art Wi-Fi system designed to improve connectivity for fans, players, and staff. This enhancement, in collaboration with Extreme Networks, features a converged Wi-Fi system that supports both public and private local-area networks, ensuring seamless mobile access during events. The new system is set to launch on October 9, coinciding with the beginning of the 2025/26 NHL season against the Minnesota Wild.
Todd Mitchell, the Blues' vice president, emphasized the importance of innovative technology in enhancing game-day operations and the overall fan experience. Verizon aims to empower the team to deliver immersive experiences through reliable connectivity, making events at the Enterprise Center more enjoyable. The improvements not only elevate the venue's functionality but also reinforce Verizon's commitment to enhancing community infrastructure for better engagement and entertainment.
